What?  The Gathering of Guests & Ghosts II is a spooky, costume, campout, concert event.

When?   Halloween, Friday October 31, 2008.  Gate opens to camping at sunrise.  The Gathering of Guests & Ghosts begins at sunset.

Who?  Friends, Family, Fans, Spirits, The Walnut Grove Band, Ubiquitone, Trip Lizard (Reunion Show!!), Sleepfeeder,  JimiBeckBlues and more to be announced. 

Where?  Stewart-Matheny Farm, a family-owned farm near Strasburg, Virginia 22657.  No early arrivals.  No trespassing.   

Price?  Priceless...Make Donation (pass-the-hat)

Register?  All guests will be required to present ID and register Guests/Vehicle at the gate when arriving.  Guests may be required to wear color-age-coded ID wristbands for the duration of their stay.

Pets & Kids?  Well behaved children & pets on leash are welcome and must be accompanied by parent or adult legal guardian at all times.

Vending?  No vending is allowed (except for official event T-shirts and bands...who may sell their CDs etc).

Need Help?  Yes!  There is always something to do, just ask your host about helping out upon arrival.

Parking?  Day parking is plentiful for this event and overnight camping is encouraged.  Stewart-Matheny's large camping area provides for tent camping and some sites are located comfortably near to vehicle.  If you are an adult that plans to drink responsibly, then also plan to stay the night in the camping area.   Arrive early for a better experience and less hassles all around.

ID?  Yes, bring your ID.  This gathering is intended for both adults and children, but all minors must be accompanied by legal parent/adult guardian at all times.  Be prepared to present ID to event hosts upon arrival.
